Provence

Already recognized worldwide for its rosés, good quality white and red wines are also produced in Provence.

Located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps, Provence vineyards enjoy the gentelness of the sea breeze and the coolness from the hills. In fact, this is a key factor for quality as the Mediterranean winds wipe the vines and the Provence sun pampers the grapes keeping them in good shape and avoiding diseases.

Provence shades of pink are unveiled at Les Grands Chais Monégasques by Cru winemakers such as Minuty, Rimauresq, Sainte Roseline, Roubine, Jas d’Esclans, Château la Tour l’Évêque and the King of Rosés, the famous "Garrus", produced by Château d'Esclans.

Many other kind of wines are produced throughout this beautiful landscape and they are also available in our cellar: Bandol full bodied wines made from Mourvèdre grape; Cassis famous white wine served at the Élysée Presidential Palace; original Bellet rosés, whites and reds produced just next to the city of Nice and outstanding Palette wines whose grappes enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year!
